Snap, tag, scan, lock your papers and share with family, the way the app shows it.
Everything it does
Screens

Every place
Keep your house, the office, the farm and the storage unit apart, each with its own map, boxes and people. Switch between them from the top of the screen.

Family
Your family's vault lives on each of your phones. When phones are near each other they swap updates directly, sealed with a family key only your phones hold.
Runs the family, changes roles and invites people.
Adds, moves and deletes anything, and opens Records.
Adds and finds things. Can't delete yours or open Records.

What you need
Search, the map, boxes, QR labels, family sharing and photo naming work on every iPhone that runs the app.
Any NTAG213 or NTAG215 sticker. A pack of 20 costs a few dollars.
On iPhone models with Apple Intelligence, TagVault also writes fuller descriptions, reads receipt totals and answers in sentences.
Questions
Only on your phones. There's no account and no server. Things, photos and records live inside TagVault on your device, and travel directly between your family's phones.
Your iPhone's iCloud Backup includes TagVault, so a restored phone gets everything back. For an extra copy, go to Settings › Save a backup: one locked file you can keep in Files or iCloud Drive.
Open Family › Start a family, then Add someone and let them scan the code in person. After that, phones swap updates whenever they're near each other. No internet needed.
Kids add things and find them. They can't delete what someone else added, can't open Records, and can't invite people. The owner or an adult can change anyone's role.
Open a box, tap ••• › Only me. That box, everything inside it and its photos stay on this phone. Family phones never get them, and drop copies they already had.
Open a box and tap Assign NFC tag, then hold the top of your iPhone to a sticker tag (NTAG213 or NTAG215). Later, tapping the tag opens that box straight away.
Apple's recognition on your phone looks at the photo and suggests a name and tags. Newer iPhones with Apple Intelligence write a fuller description. Nothing is uploaded.
